Returns and Delivery
Although we try to stock most items some styles colours and sizes do have to be ordered from the USA and we do have a minimum order to keep costs down Therefore stock dictates when we place our orders to the USA for more info on stock please contact for availability
However we do try to restock on a 4 to 6 week timetable
All goods delivered are subject to postage & packaging charges which are met by you as are any return postage costs
Returns
Please contact us before returning any goods back to us as we may be away at a festival working and there will not be anyone there to collect your returned goods 07703357538
Returned items must be sent back no later than 7 working days of receiving your goods - (return postage is at your expence)
Any item returned must be in new condition as received all labels must be attached (you wear it , you own it)
No charge on size or style exchanges (except shipping unless item is a special order)
We reserve the right to charge a 25% re-stocking fee on items returned for refund after 7 working days or specially ordered goods so therefore we suggest to check your sizing before ordering goods
Due to the nature of the product we do not exchange or refund on hats please ensure you order the correct size.
